In 2017 we built a 3 roller field roller

I designed a 3 roller, 33 foot field roller with Alibre Design.

We acquired 2 - 12 foot and 1 - 11 foot piece of 5/8 wall 36 inch diameter pipeline pipe. There is quite a pile of steel for this project.

We are assembling the shaft assemblies for the rollers.

We are welding the shaft assemblies into the rollers and welding on the end caps for the rollers.

We are welding the wing frames together.

The main frame is coming together.

The tongue is being built. We have the tongue mated to the main frame.

We used 3/4 thick steel for the hinge sides and 1 1/2 inch pins.

The main frame and the wings mated together.

Building the transport support.

Time to paint.
